The company Colorbee s.r.o., based Veleslavínská 39/48, 162 00 Praha 6, CIN: 27914950 (hereinafter referred to as the „Administrator“), hereby provides information about the processing of your personal data.
On the basis of the following legal title, the Administrator will process your personal data automatically using computer technology and in electronic databases for the purpose of establishing and fulfilling the contractual relationship:

When you register or submit a form on any of the websites listed above, you are submitting an offer to enter into a contract between you as the registrant and the Administrator as the operator of the portal (the „Contract“).
This includes the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail address, or other personal data provided to the Administrator in the course of business. The legal basis for this processing is the conclusion and performance of the Contract and the related performance. The provision of your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the establishment of the contractual relationship.
For the processing of your data, the Controller may use suppliers who act as its processors.
Your personal data may be transferred to a third country outside the European Economic Area for which the European Commission has not issued a decision that it ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data. In such case, the Controller will implement appropriate safeguards to ensure such adequate level of protection.
Personal Data will be retained and used for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, but no longer than for the duration of the Contract. After this period, the personal data will be archived for a period of 5 years to protect the legitimate interests of the Controller (e.g. for the purpose of evidence in any litigation or administrative proceedings), or for a longer period if required by generally binding legislation.

- ask the Controller for information and explanations about your personal data;
- to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of personal data concerning you;
- object to processing;
- to data portability;
- lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
